亼形the roof of the storehouse, drawn down over the top
A roof drawn over a doorway and an opening below — a building raised to hold grain: 倉庫 the warehouse, 穀倉 the granary. Emptying or filling one in a rush gives the borrowed sense hurried: 倉促, 倉皇. As a sound it builds 蒼 pale-green and 滄 the deep blue sea.
