亲聲the phonetic, worn from 𣐽the left block — once a fuller graph that gave the sound, now flattened so it reads as a bare shape
The right half is 見, to see and meet face to face; the left 亲 once stood as 𣐽 and carried the sound, now worn smooth. To keep meeting someone close enough to see — that is kin. From the eye-to-eye nearness came 親人, 親密, 親愛.
