A cart-wheel (車) turning, 專 zhuān spinning the spindle for the sound, the tone tipping to zhuǎn. The wheel goes round — to revolve, then to turn, to change direction: 運轉、轉變、轉身. Hand a thing on around the turn: 轉告、轉移.
