字源 FORM — what the parts do
A person (人) caught for an instant in a doorway (門) — there, then gone: that flash is 閃. From the figure flashing past come the lightning's flash (閃電) and the quick step aside (閃開、閃避). The two pieces draw the scene; no sound-piece carries this one.
